تحلیل استراتژی های خود رهبری و ارتباط آن با خلاقیت اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علم و صنعت

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تحلیل استراتژی های خود رهبری و ارتباط آن با خلاقیت اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علم و صنعت بوده است. نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علم و صنعت در سال تحصیلی 88-1387 بالغ بر345 نفر بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم 119 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها دو پرسشنامه استاندارد خود رهبری با 31 سوال و ضریب پایایی 81% و پرسشنامه خلاقیت رندسیپ با 48 سوال و ضریب پایایی87% بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، ضریب رگرسیون، تحلیل واریانس چندگانه) صورت گرفت. یافته های یژوهش نشان داد بین استراتژی های خود رهبری و خلاقیت اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علم و صنعت رابطه مثبت وجود دارد و نیز از بین استراتژی های خودرهبری، استراتژی تفکر سازنده دارای اهمیت بیش تری در پیش بینی خلاقیت است.
