بررسی تاثیر اعتماد بین ذینفعان کلیدی، بر موفقیت پروژه های ساخت ایران

چکیده
با وجود تأثیری که اعتماد بر موفقیت پروژه ها دارد، در تحقیقات موجود مدیریت پروژه، به مفهوم اعتماد نسبت به موضوعات سنتی مدیریت پروژه مانند مدیریت هزینه و کیفیت توجه کمی شده است. لذا هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش وجود اعتماد در بین ذینفعان کلیدی صنعت ساخت (مشاور، پیمانکار، کارفرما) بر موفقیت پروژه های این حوزه می باشد. برای این منظور در ابتدا با مروری جامع بر ادبیات پیشین، شاخصه های اعتماد (35 مورد) و معیارهای موفقیت پروژه (15 مورد) شناسایی و با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و روش دلفی 15 شاخصه اعتماد و 10 معیار موفقیت پروژه های ساخت و ساز (شاخصه ها و معیار های بهینه) انتخاب و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، مدل مفهومی ارتباط بین آنها ساخته و با استفاده از نرم افزار SMART.PLS محاسبات مربوطه انجام شد. نتایج بیانگر این حقیقت است که بین وجود اعتماد در بین ذینفعان کلیدی پروژه های صنعت ساخت و ساز ایران و موفقیت پروژه به طور مثبت رابطه قوی وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد معیار صداقت با داشتن بار عاملی 0.888 بیشترین سهم و معیار پیوند عاطفی که به معنای داشتن ارتباط عاطفی بین شرکا مانند پیوند قومیتی، خویشاوندی، دوستی و... می باشد، با داشتن بار عاملی 0.527 کم ترین سهم را در تبیین سازه اعتماد ایفا می کند.
