بررسی جغرافیای سیاسی عربستان سعودی با تاکید بر شکاف‌های داخلی

چکیده

در کشورهای تازه تاسیس و برخاسته از نظام قبیله‌ای-مذهبی شکاف‌هایی وجود دارد تا مردم آن خود را یک ملت واحد بدانند، از طرفی وجود جامعه نیمه‌سنتی و نیمه‌مدرن باعث ایجاد شکاف‌هایی در زندگی سیاسی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی شهروندان می‌شود و چالش‌ها و نارضایتی‌هایی را به همراه دارد. عربستان سعودی این ویژگی‌ها را دارا است. تاسیس آن به سال 1932 بر می‌گردد و این سابقه کوتاه، تنوع قومی، نژادی، مذهبی، ایدئولوژی و امثال آن موجب پیدایش چالش‌هایی در این کشور شده است. این چالش‌ها برخاسته از شکاف‌های جغرافیای سیاسی است. عربستان سعودی علاوه بر هم‌مرزی دریایی با ایران، از نظر ایدئولوژیک و تأثیرگذاری در جهان اسلام اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. وجود دو شهر مقدس مکه و مدینه، حضور زائران ایرانی، و رقابت با جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای رهبری جهان اسلام، جایگاه خاصی به این کشور می‌بخشد و بررسی شکاف‌های عربستان، علاوه بر شناخت از آن، موجب تصمیم‌گیری صحیح در سیاست خارجی ایران و همچنین پژوهش‌های آتی می‌شود. به همین علت، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی شکاف‌های جغرافیای سیاسی عربستان سعودی، به بررسی جریان‌های داخلی و جغرافیای سیاسی این کشور پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و روش آن کیفی و از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است. گردآوری داده‌ها اسنادی-کتابخانه‌ای است. پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش است که «شکاف‌های جغرافیای سیاسی عربستان سعودی چیست». در نهایت این پژوهش، عربستان سعودی را دارای شکاف‌های مذهبی، قومی-قبیله‌ای، اقتصادی و سیاسی می‌داند. به نظر می‌رسد در صورت عدم مدیریت صحیح این شکاف‌ها، دولت با تنش‌های داخلی میان شیعیان و اهل تسنن، نخبگان، قبایل، سنت‌گرایان و اصلاح‌طلبان و همچنین جوانان مواجه خواهد شد. این شکاف‌ها ظرفیت آن را دارند که بقاء آل‌سعود را تهدید نمایند.
