چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد انتقادی به بررسی بخش دوم «مبانی نظری تحول بنیادین در نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی و عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران» می‌پردازد و تلاش دارد ضمن تحلیل ساختار مفهومی، مبانی فلسفی و رویکردهای روش‌شناختی این سند، چالش‌ها و ابهامات اساسی موجود در تبیین فلسفه تربیت رسمی و عمومی را آشکار سازد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که علی‌رغم تأکید سند بر بومی‌سازی و اسلام‌محور بودن نظام تربیت رسمی، معیارهای دقیق برای اسلامی و بومی‌شناختن مفاهیم تربیتی به‌طور شفاف ارائه نشده‌ است. همچنین، سند مبانی نظری تحول بنیادین با تکیه بر ترکیبی از مؤلفه‌های ایدئولوژیک، عقلانی و برداشت‌های غیر بومی از علوم انسانی، با مشکلاتی چون نبود انسجام مفهومی، فقدان چارچوب روشمند و فاصله معنادار میان نظریه و عمل مواجه است. این پژوهش، بر ضرورت بازاندیشی عمیق‌تر در بنیان‌های فلسفی و روش‌شناختی اسناد تحولی و بازتعریف اصول کلیدی نظیر نسبت میان دین‌مداری، بومی‌سازی و تربیت اجتماعی مطابق با زیست‌بوم ایرانی اسلامی تأکید می‌کند.
