چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: در عصر حاضر که فناوری‌های نوین به‌سرعت در حال تحول‌اند، توانایی افراد در یافتن، ارزیابی و استفاده از اطلاعات به‌صورت مؤثر، به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مهارت‌های بقا و پیشرفت در زندگی شخصی، تحصیلی، شغلی و اجتماعی تلقی می‌شود. در این میان، سواد اطلاعاتی نه‌تنها یک ضرورت فردی، بلکه یکی از پیش‌نیازهای اساسی توسعه پایدار، یادگیری مادام‌العمر، و مشارکت مؤثر در جوامع دانش‌بنیان است. هوش مصنوعی با توانایی پردازش و تحلیل حجم عظیمی از داده‌ها، به یکی از کلیدی‌ترین ابزارها در عصر اطلاعات تبدیل شده است. این فناوری با ارائه راهکارهای نوین در مدیریت، ارزیابی و دسترسی به اطلاعات، پتانسیل بی‌شماری برای ارتقای سواد اطلاعاتی در بین فراگیران دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی در ارتقای سواد اطلاعاتی است.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف بنیادی، کاربردی و ازنظر روش کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه مبنایی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را خبرگان حوزه هوش مصنوعی و سواد اطلاعاتی تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. معیار انتخاب خبرگان، داشتن حداقل ۳ سال سابقه فعالیت علمی و پژوهشی در این حوزه بود. حجم نمونه براساس اصل اشباع نظری تعیین شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که بر مبنای آن، داده‌ها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شدند و در نهایت مدل مفهومی پژوهش تدوین گردید. برای اعتبارسنجی یافته‌ها از روش روایی صوری و محاسبه ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران استفاده شد که ضریب پایایی مصاحبه‌ها 92 درصد به دست آمد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که در حوزه شرایط علی 13 کد، در حوزه شرایط زمینه‌ای25 کد، در حوزه شرایط مداخله‌گر 25 کد، در حوزه راهبردها 26 کد، در حوزه پیامدها 27 کد استخراج شد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی به‌طور قابل توجهی به ارتقای سواد اطلاعاتی کمک کرده و توانسته است جنبه‌های مختلف این مهارت‌ها را بهبود بخشد. با استفاده از ابزارهای جستجوی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، کاربران قادر به یافتن اطلاعات دقیق‌تر و مرتبط‌تر شده‌اند. تحلیل حجم‌های بزرگ داده‌ها و شناسایی الگوها و روندها به کاربران کمک کرده تا درک عمیق‌تری از اطلاعات پیدا کنند و تصمیمات بهتری اتخاذ کنند. همچنین، ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در ارزیابی اعتبار منابع و شناسایی محتوای جعلی به کاهش انتشار اطلاعات نادرست و ارتقای دقت اطلاعات مؤثر هستند.
اصالت: با وجود انجام پژوهش‌های متعدد در زمینه سواد اطلاعاتی و فناوری‌های نوین، مرور منابع نشان داد که تاکنون مطالعه‌ای جامع و نظام‌مند با تمرکز مستقیم بر نقش هوش مصنوعی در ارتقای سواد اطلاعاتی انجام نشده است. این پژوهش با رفع این خلأ، گامی نوآورانه در تبیین و تحلیل این رابطه نوظهور برداشته و زمینه‌ساز توسعه چارچوب‌های نظری و کاربردی در این حوزه شده است.
