بررسی رابطه‌ رهبری تحول آفرین با یادگیری سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت سایپا)

چکیده

لازمه تغییر و تحولات مستمر سازمانی در محیط های پویا و در حال تغییر امروز، وجود رهبرانی بصیر، راهبردی یا به عبارت روشن تر، رهبران تحول آفرین است. به دلیل توجه فزاینده به عامل رهبری در ایجاد تحولات سازمانی در سطح دنیا و نقش آن در یادگیری سازمانی، در این تحقیق سعی بر آن شده رابطه متقابل رهبری تحول آفرین و یادگیری سازمانی از طریق روش تحقیق همبستگی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. با این هدف 138 نفر از کارکنان ستادی شرکت سایپا به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها پس از جمع آوری بر اساس پرسشنامه های یادگیری سازمانی و رهبری تحول آفرین به وسیله نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد بین مؤلفه های رهبری تحول آفرین و مؤلفه های یادگیری سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت نفوذ آرمانی (رفتار) به عنوان یکی از ابعاد رهبری تحولی، مهم ترین پیش بینی کننده یادگیری سازمانی محسوب می شود. بر اساس اطلاعات در دسترس محققان، این پ‍ژوهش نخستین در نوع خود می باشد که رابطه میان رهبری تحول آفرین را با یادگیری سازمانی در شرکت سایپا مورد مطالعه قرار داده است.
