جستاری نوین در تبیین اثرات روش شناسی اثبات‌گرا در شناخت رابطۀ سیاست و فضا در پرتو مفهوم مقیاس

چکیده

در علوم جغرافیایی یکی از مکاتب مهم روش شناسی مکتب اثبات‌گرایی است که عملکرد ویژه ای در تولید و مفاهیم در علوم جغرافیایی و از جمله جغرافیای سیاسی داشته است. جغرافیدانان سیاسی متأثر از مکتب اثبات‌گرا معتقدند که اثرات متقابل سیاست و فضا به تولید فرم و فرایندهای فضایی منجر خواهد شد که به مثابه پدیده‌های مادی از طریق رویکردهای اثبات‌گرا قابل مطالعه و تحلیل می‌باشد. این در حالی است که اتخاذ رویکرد اثبات‌گرایانه در جغرافیای سیاسی دارای تبعات مفهومی‌و موضوعی بوده است. در این نوع پژوهش کوشش گردیده با مراجعه به مستندات معتبر نظری و با اتخاذ روش توصیفی - تحلیلی دسته بندی نوینی از چگونگی شناخت رابطه سیاست و فضای جغرافیایی در روش شناسی اثبات‌گرا مفاهیم ارائه گردد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که در روش شناسی اثبات‌گرا اجزای فضای جغرافیایی دارای ماهیت متعامل و سیستماتیک بوده لیکن دو مقیاس ملی و فروملی دارای محتوی متفاوتی با مقیاس فراملی می‌باشد. بطوریکه در مقیاس ملی شناخت رابطه سیاست و فضا مبتنی بر نوعی کارکردشناسی ناحیه ای مبتنی بر عملکرد حاکمیت می‌باشد که مقیاس‌های ملی و فروملی را در برمی‌گیرد. لیکن در مقیاس فراملی رابطه حاکیت و فضا منبعث از نوعی رفتار قلمروخواهانه می‌باشد که میان کشورها و بازیگران سیاسی وجود دارد و سازندۀ مفاهیم و نظریات ژئوپلیتیک می‌باشد. ضمن اینکه از آنجائیکه سیاست چه در مقیاس ملی و فروملی و چه در مقیاس فراملی از عناصر و اجزای شکل یافته که قابلیت کمیت پذیری اندکی دارند در نتیجه در روش شناسی اثبات‌گرا  می‌بایست به رویکردهای قیاسی اتکا بیشتری نمود.
