بررسی وضعیّت تولید علم در حوزۀ مدیریّت تغییر در پایگاه های استنادی Thomson Reuters

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت تولید علم در حوزه مدیریت تغییر، در پایگاه های استنادیThomson Reuters انجام شده است. این بررسی می‌تواند وضعیت رشد دانش در این حوزه را منعکس سازد و ضمن آشکار ساختن نقاط ضعف و قوت، به مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی در امر تحقیق و توسعه کمک کند. روش پژوهش، پیمایشی بوده و جامعه مورد مطالعه را کلیه تولیدات علمی حوزه مدیریت تغییر نمایه شده در پایگاه های مذکور طی سال‌های 1990 تا 2009 تشکیل داده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در مجموع تعداد 2530 مدرک در این حوزه تولید شده که بیش‌ترین تعداد مدارک طی سال-های 2006 تا 2009 منتشر شده‌اند. محاسبه مقدار متوسط نرخ رشد سالیانه انتشارات برای این سال‌ها، عدد 80/78 % را نشان می‌دهد. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که 6105 نویسنده در تولید علم این حوزه حضور داشته اند. این مدارک به وسیله 80 کشور تولید شده‌اند و کشورهای ایالات متحده امریکا و انگلستان در رتبه های اول و دوم قرار دارند. این مدارک در 1173عنوان مجله منتشر شده‌اند که “Journal of Organizational Change Management” با انتشار 94 مدرک در رتبه اول قرار دارد. این مدارک به 11 زبان زنده دنیا به تحریر درآمده که میزان تولیدات تعلق گرفته به زبان انگلیسی با 31/97 درصد، با اختلاف قابل توجهی بیش از سایر زبان‌هاست. این مدارک در 12 قالب مختلف ارائه شده که قالب مقالات پژوهشی با 84/72 درصد، با اختلاف قابل توجهی در رتبه اول قرار دارد. مدارک مورد بررسی به طور کلی 20778 استناد دریافت کرده اند که مقاله “Tightening the iron cage – concertive control in self-managing Teams” با دریافت 401 استناد در صدر قرار دارد.
