چکیده | ||
پهنۀ سیاست بینالملل در فضای پساجنگِ سرد مناظرات نظری قابلتوجهی را درخصوص دگردیسیهایِ ژرف پدیدار شده در ساختار نظام بینالملل تجربه کرده است؛ ازجملۀ تحولات مزبور تلاش مُجدانۀ قدرت نوظهور جمهوریخلقچین علیه هژمونی ایالاتمتحده در آوردگاهِ راهبردی ایندو پاسیفیک است که از آن تحت عنوان «بازی بزرگ جدید»یاد میشود. براساس بازی مزبور، پکن با کاربست رویکرد موازنهجویانه در برابر اصول سه گانۀ «اشاعه»، «گسترش» و «مداخلهگراییِ» واشنگتن، در تلاش است تا با تأثیرگذاری بر دینامیک سیکل قدرت بینالمللی و ایجاد سیستم تک ـ چندقطبیِ متعادل، سهم خود را از قدرت جهانی افزایش داده و متعاقباً رقابت سنتی قدرتهای بزرگ را وارد فصل نوینی نماید. پرسشی که نگارندگان پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و بهرهگیری از مؤلفههای تئوری رئالیسم تهاجمی درصدد پاسخ به چرایی آن برآمدهاند اینگونه ترتیببندی شده است که رویکرد راهبردی جمهوریخلقچین به تحرکات ایالاتمتحده در حوزۀ راهبردی ایندو پاسیفیک بر چه مبنایی استوار است؟ فرضیهای که از مَعبر پرسش فوق مطرح شده ناظر بر آن است که متأثر از شرایط ژئوپلیتیک، ژئواستراتژیک و ژئواکونومیکِ حوزۀ راهبردی ایندو پاسیفیک، پکن کوشیده است تا در پرتو روابط و تعاملات نوینِ مسالمتآمیز، رویکرد توازنگرایانهای را در سطوح داخلی و خارجی ردگیری نموده و متعاقباً به زمینهسازی و ایجاد سیستم چندجانبۀ متعادل مبادرت ورزد. | ||
