چکیده

هدف: هدف این مقاله شناسایی قشرهای اعضا هیأت علمی علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی ایران از نظر حضور و اثربخشی و همچنین زمینه‌های عملکرد علمی و حرفه‌ای آنان است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که به دو روش پیمایشی با رویکرد توصیفی و وب‌سنجی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را کلیه اعضا هیأت علمی شاغل در گروه‌های آموزشی علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی ایران دارای مدرک تحصیلی دکتری تخصصی و مرتبه استادیاری به بالا تشکیل داده است. گردآوری داده‌های وبی در بستر دو پایگاه (گوگل پژوهشگر و پایگاه نمایه استنادی علوم ایران) انجام گرفت. همچنین از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته برای گردآوری داده‌های جامعه پژوهش به منظور قشربندی آنان از نظر عملکرد علمی و حرفه‌ای استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: از نظر عملکرد علمی و حرفه‌ای جعفر مهراد، محمد حسین دیانی و رحمت‌الله فتاحی جایگاه‌های نخست تا سوم را کسب کردند. همچنین بین قشربندی از نظر میزان حضور و اثربخشی عملکرد علمی و حرفه‌ای رابطه معنی‌دار و مستقیمی وجود دارد. دانش‌آموختگی از دانشگاه‌های خارج، تسلط به زبان انگلیسی، نگارش مقاله‏های گروهی، همکاری علمی با دانشمندان بین‌المللی، عضویت در گروه‌های پژوهشی، اشتغال در گروه‌های آموزشی پر سابقه و دارای تحصیلات تکمیلی از علت‌های اصلی حضور برخی اعضا جامعه پژوهش در قشرهای مرکزی است.
