استخراج و شناسایی ترکیبات فرار دو گونه مریم‌گلی بومی ایران (Salvia limbata وSalvia multicaulis ) با استفاده از روش میکرواستخراج با فاز جامد

چکیده

تعداد 58 گونه از جنس مریم‌گلی به صورت گیاه علفی یکساله و چندساله در نقاط مختلف ایران وجود دارد که 17 گونه آن انحصاری ایران و دارای خواص دارویی متعدد مانند آنتی‌بیوتیک، آرام‌بخش، ضد نفخ، ضد اسپاسم است و به طور معمول در درمان بیماری‌های تنفسی مانند عفونت، سرفه، سرماخوردگی و گلو درد و صنایع آرایشی-بهداشتی کاربرد دارد. بخش‏‌های هوایی دو گونه مریم‌گلی لبه‌دار (‏Salvia limbata) ‏و ارغوانی (Salvia multicaulis) کشت شده در مرحله گلدهی در خرداد 1391 برداشت شدند. ترکیبات فرار این گیاهان با روش میکرواستخراج با فاز جامد برای اولین مرتبه در ایران استخراج شد و ترکیبات اسانس های استخراج شده آن توسط دستگاه‌های کروماتوگرافی گازی و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به ﻃﻴﻒ‌ﺳﻨﺞ جرمی تعیین شدند. تعداد 66 ترکیب فرار در گیاه مریم‌گلی لبه‌دار شناسایی شد. سابینن (16/19 درصد)، بتا-پینن (19 درصد)، آلفا-پینن (30/16درصد)، آلفا-ترپینولن (41/14 درصد)، 1،8-سینئول (86/10 درصد) و لیمونن (73/3 درصد) بالاترین مقدار ترکیبات فرار این گیاه را تشکیل دادند. 58 ترکیب فرار در گیاه مریم‌گلی ارغوانی شناسایی شد. بیشترین میزان ترکیبات فرار گیاه مریم‌گلی ارغوانی به ترتیب کامفن (85/28 درصد)، آلفا-پینن (33/12 درصد)، کامفور (73/10 درصد)، لیمونن (01/9 درصد)، 1،8-سینئول (47/5 درصد)، بتا-پینن (58/4 درصد) و بورنیل استات (75/3 درصد) بود. بخش اصلی ترکیبات فرار گیاهان مریم‌گلی لبه‌دار و ارغوانی از نوع مونوترپن‌ها (به ترتیب 57/91 و 28/84 درصد) و سزکوئی‌ترپن‌ها (به ترتیب 12/5 و 58/7 درصد) بودند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در روش میکرواستخراج با فاز جامد که به ترکیبات در گیاه نزدیک‌تر است، استفاده از این روش توصیه می‌شود.
