مقایسه درمان شناختی‌ ـ ‌رفتاری و بازتاب درمانی در کاهش وزن و اضطراب در افراد مبتلا به چاقی

چکیده

هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی‌ـ ‌رفتاری و بازتاب درمانی در کاهش وزن و اضطراب افراد چاق بود.
روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی و از نوع تک آزمودنی A-B-A بود. چهار نفر از مراجعان درمان چاقی که به پلی کلینیک روان‌شناختی دانشگاه مراجعه کردند و چهار نفر از مراجعان کلینیک بازتاب درمانی جهت شرکت در این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. همه آزمودنی ها 30 ≤ BMI داشتند. مراجعان پلی کلینیک روان‌شناختی تحت درمان شناختی‌ـ رفتاری و مراجعان کلینیک بازتاب درمانی تحت بازتاب درمانی به روش سوجوک قرار گرفتند. در خط پایه، پایان درمان و دو ماه بعد از درمان، میزان اضطراب آزمودنی‌ها به‌وسیله پرسشنامه اضطراب بک (BAI) و وزن آن‌ها به‌وسیله یک ترازوی دیجیتال اندازه‌گیری شد. سپس داده ها با استفاده از ضریب تغییر پایا و درصد بهبودی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که هر دو روش درمانی منجر به کاهش وزن می‌شوند و این کاهش در مورد بازتاب درمانی با سرعت بیشتری در مقایسه با درمان شناختی‌ـ رفتاری رخ می‌دهد. با این حال در مرحله پیگیری کاهش وزن در درمان شناختی‌ـ رفتاری بیشتر از بازتاب درمانی مشاهده شد. همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که هر دو روش درمانی منجر به کاهش اضطراب می شوند هر چند این کاهش فقط در درمان شناختی‌ـ رفتاری معنادار بود.
