شناسایی چهار گونه نماتد انگل گیاهی از خانواده Tylenchidae در مزارع سیب‌زمینی منطقه فریدن استان اصفهان

چکیده

به منظور شناسایی نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مزارع سیب­زمینی در منطقه فریدن استان اصفهان، طی سال­های 1392-1393 در مجموع 115 نمونه خاک و غده آلوده جمع­آوری گردید. نماتدها از خاک به روش الک و سانتریفیوژ و از نمونه­های ریشه با روش بلندر و سانتریفیوژ استخراج و با استفاده از روش تکمیل شده دگریسه، تثبیت و به گلیسرین منتقل شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از تهیه اسلایدهای دائمی از آنها، با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری، خصوصیات ریخت‌شناسی و ریخت‌سنجی هر یک از نماتدها بررسی شد. در این بررسی 12 گونه متعلق به چهار جنس از خانواده Tylenchidae شناسایی گردید. چهار گونه Boleodorus hyderi ،Filenchus balcarceanus،Discotylenchus attenuatus و Tylenchus naranensiاز خانوادهTylenchidaeشرح داده می‌شوند که دوگونهاول برای فون نماتدهای ایران جدید می‌باشند.
