چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر اضطراب و حافظه کاری با مدّنظر قرار دادن نقش نگرانی و نشخوار فکری بود. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون سه گروهی بود. جامعهی آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانشآموزان دختر مقطع یازدهم و دوازدهم شهرستان قروه در سال تحصیلی1394 -95 تشکیل میدادند. از میان این جامعه آماری، با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، 93 دانشآموز که اضطراب بالاتر از متوسط را تجربه می کردند، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایشی، دارونما و کنترل گمارش شدند. به گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و به گروه دارونما هشت جلسه زبان انگلیسی آموزش داده شد. گروه کنترل هیچگونه آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه اضطراب اسپیلبرگر، مقیاس پاسخ نشخوار فکری، پرسشنامه نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا و آزمون گامبهگام جمعبندی توالی شنیداری استفاده شد. داده ها از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط بین– درونگروهی (SPANOVA) مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین گروههای آزمایش، دارونما و کنترل در زمینه متغیرهای پژوهش تفاوت معناداری وجود داشته است، بدین صورت که آموزش برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی در کاهش اضطراب، نشخوار فکری، نگرانی و افزایش عملکرد حافظه کاری تأثیرگذار بوده است. | ||
