چکیده

نظریات جدید تجارت بر اهمیّت کیفیت نهادی بر خلق مزیّت صادراتی تأکید دارند. بر اساس این رویکرد حکمرانی قانون و التزام به اجرای قراردادها باعث کاهش هزینه‌های مبادله و تولید شده و از این طریق بر خلق مزیّت رقابتی تأثیرگذار است. از این رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی نظری و تجربی تأثیر کیفیت نهادی در چهارچوب حاکمیت قانون و اجرای قراردادها بر ایجاد مزیّت رقابتی در صادرات صنایع پتروشیمی است. 
بدین منظور، ابتدا ضمن مرور ادبیات موضوع تأثیر حاکمیت قانون و اجرای قراردادها بر خلق مزیّت به صورت نظری مدلسازی شده است. در ادامه، با از داده‌های مربوط به هشت کشور منتخب عضو اوپک در دوره زمانی 2017-1997 و رویکرد گشتاورهای تعمیم ‌یافته الگوی معرفی شده آزمون شده است
نتایج پژوهش تایید کننده فرضیه پژوهش مبنی بر تأثیر مثبت و معنادار حاکمیت قانون بر خلق مزیّت صادراتی است. نتایج همچنین نشان می‌دهد که درجه بازبودن اقتصاد و سرمایه انسانی نیز رابطه معناداری با خلق مزیّت رقابتی دارند.
