Abstract

Controlling the continuous drop of the underground water level, which is usually referred to as the balancing of the underground water; It is not a new issue and many measures such as the ban on declaring plains, the plan for balancing the underground water, the plan for adapting to water scarcity, etc. have been formulated and announced in line with it.
