بررسی پراکنش و میزان خسارت غلاف‌خوار لوبیا Helicoverpa armigera در مزارع لوبیای استان مرکزی

چکیده

لوبیا از مهم‌ترین حبوبات و در عین حال هفتمین محصول عمده غذایی جهان محسوب می­شود. این محصول توسط آفات مختلف از جمله غلاف­خوار مورد حمله قرار می­گیرد. با توجه به خسارت بالای این آفت، بررسی پراکنش و میزان خسارت این آفت در مزارع آلوده استان ضروری به نظر می­رسد. به منظور بررسی پراکنش و تعیین خسارت کرم غلاف‌خوار لوبیا در مناطق مهم لوبیاکاری خمین به مدت دو سال 1401-1399، پنج منطقه لوبیا کاری (اراک، خمین، شازند، میلاجرد و خنداب) که تراکم آفت در آن­ها نسبتاً بالاست انتخاب شدند و از هر منطقه 5 مزرعه و جمعا 25 مزرعه لوبیا پس از سبزشدن در سه زمان اواسط گلدهی، تشکیل غلاف و قبل از برداشت مورد بررسی و آماربرداری جهت شمارش لاروها قرار گرفتند. به منظور تعیین درصد آلودگی نیز پس از رسیدن محصول و قبل از برداشت از هر مزرعه 20بوته را انتخاب و کلیه غلاف­‌های سالم و خسارت‌دیده در اثر آفت مشخص و شمارش شده و درصد آلودگی مزرعه برآورد شد. مقایسات میانگین با آزمون توکی انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که در دو سال اجرای پروژه مناطق خمین و خنداب به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین درصد آلودگی را نشان دادند. بیشترین جمعیت لارو غلاف­خوار لوبیا در مرحله اواسط گلدهی ثبت شد. لذا توصیه می­‌شود کنترل شیمیایی در این مرحله انجام گردد. با توجه به این که از بین توده­های مورد بررسی به ترتیب چیتی، قرمز و سفید به این آفت حساسیت بیشتری نشان دادند، جهت کاهش درصد آلودگی، توده­های لوبیاسفید و قرمز نسبت به چیتی جهت کشت در مناطق مذکور ارجحیت دارند.
