Proposal to launch a new publication

Step one: Download and complete the questionnaire form for proposing the publication of a scientific journal by the editor-in-chief of the journal.

Step two: Send the completed form in the form of a letter to the research deputy of the relevant faculty.

Step three: Send the letter by the research deputy of the faculty to the publishing director.

Step four: Coordination to hold a meeting with the presence of the university research deputy, the faculty research deputy, the publishing director and the editor-in-chief of the journal to examine the need for creating the journal.

Step five: Approval of the journal in the meeting of the university board of directors.

Step six: In case of approval of the journal in the above meeting, register the Director-in-Charge as a natural person in the comprehensive system of media of the country.

Step seven: Register the request for the license of the internal journal in the comprehensive system of media of the country to obtain the license and receive the tracking code (by the publishing management)
