تحلیل تأثیر اجزاء مخارج دولتی بر توسعه و رفاه: مقایسه تطبیقی کشورهای منتخب توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه

چکیده

چکیده
امروزه اهدافی نظیر تحول اقتصادی، تأمین رفاه اجتماعی، توسعه ساختاری و زمینه سازی برای دستیابی به رشد و توسعه اقتصادی با بهره گیری از مخارج دولتی، به یکی از اهداف اصلی کشورها تبدیل‌شده که موجب بازبینی نقش دولت در سراسر جهان شده است. در این راستا این پژوهش با استفاده از رهیافت داده های تابلویی، به بررسی و مقایسه تأثیر اجزای مخارج دولتی بر مؤلفه های توسعه و رفاه در کشور های منتخب توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه د ر طی دوره زمانی 2010-1996 می پردازد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این مطالعه نشان می دهد که اگرچه اثر مخارج امور عمومی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر توسعه و رفاه کشورهای توسعه‌یافته مثبت است، اما تنها تأثیر مخارج امور اجتماعی ازنظر آماری معنا-دار است. همچنین نتایج مربوط به کشورهای درحال‌توسعه نشان‌دهنده تأثیر مثبت و معنا دار مخارج امور عمومی و اقتصادی بر توسعه و رفاه این کشورهاست، اما ضریب مخارج امور اجتماعی علیرغم مثبت بودن آن ازنظر آماری معنا دار نشده است. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از اثر منفی و معنادار مخارج امور دفاعی در هر دو گروه از کشورهای موردمطالعه است.
