تبیین عملکرد بهینه روش شناسی اثبات‌گرای عقلانی در مطالعات ژئوپلیتیک کاربردی

چکیده

در فلسفه علم و بویژه در علوم انسانی تعریف و روش شناخت مفاهیم و موضوعات مورد مطالعه می تواند مبنای هستی شناسانه، معرفت شناسانۀ و روش شناسانۀ متفاوت و یا حتی متضاد داشته باشد. ژئوپلیتیک یکی از موضوعات علوم جغرافیایی می باشد که تفسیر آن در مکاتب مختلف روش شناسی از جمله اثبات‌گرایی و فرااثبات‌گرایی متفاوت می باشد. در این پژوهش کوشش گردیده با رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی و با مراجعه به مستندات معتبر نظری کارکردهای بهینه احراز معرفت در ژئوپلیتیک در رویکرد اثبات‌گرای عقلانی ارائه گردد. رویکرد قیاسی از ضرورت شناخت علمی و تبیین «نظام های منسجمی» که بر روابط ژئوپلیتیک مسلط هستند سخن می گوید و شرط کاربردی بودن ژئوپلیتیک را جستجوی استنباطی و عقلانی امری « نظام مند» در میان پدیده های منفرد مورد مطالعه در مکان ها و مناطق مختلف می داند. مبتنی بر این چارچوب شناختی کل های ثابتی وجود دارد که بر مبنای آن می توان چرایی و چگونگی تحولات ژئوپلیتیک را تبیین و پیش بینی نمود. در عین حال عوامل متغیری همچون نوع نظام سیاسی نیز در مطالعات ژئوپلیتیک تأثیرگذار هستند که تعمیم‌گرایی از جزء به کل(استقراء) را منتفی می نماید. بدیهی است که تلفیق این دو ویژگی با انطباق با شرایط روابط بین الملل ابعاد مطالعات ژئوپلیتیک را به سوی روش شناختی اثبات‌گرای عقلانی سوق می دهد.
