بررسی ترکیب‌های مختلف کاشت و اثر کنترل علف‌های هرز در کشت مخلوط ماش (Wilczek ( L.) Vigna radiate) و سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی تأثیر آرایشهای مختلف کاشت و اثر کنترل علف هرز در کشت مخلوط ماش (Vigna radiate L. Wilczek) و سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.) آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1385-1384 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی به صورت فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور آرایش کاشت در 8 سطح [A1 : کشت خالص سیاهدانه، A2: کشت خالص ماش، A3 : 3 ردیف سیاهدانه ـ 2 ردیف ماش، A4 : 2 ردیف سیاهدانه – 3 ردیف ماش، A5 : 2 ردیف سیاهدانه ـ 1 ردیف ماش،A6 : 1 ردیف سیاهدانه ـ 2 ردیف ماش A7 : کشت نواری 3 ردیف سیاهدانه - 3 ردیف ماش A8 : کشت ردیفی 1 ردیف سیاهدانه - 1 ردیف ماش] و کنترل علف هرز در 2 سطح [V1: عدم کنترل علف هرز، V2: کنترل کامل علف هرز] در سه تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد شاخص سطح برگ (LAI) ماش در کشت مخلوط کاهش پیدا کرد اما LAI در سیاهدانه افزایش یافت. وزن خشک ماش در مخلوط نسبت به کشت خالص تغییری نداشت، اما این صفت در سیاهدانه افزایش داشت. سیاهدانه در کشت مخلوط ارتفاع بیشتری نشان داد. برای ماش آرایشهای کاشت A8 ، A4 ، A5 و A3 در تعداد شاخه جانبی، تعداد غلاف در بوته و تعداد دانه در غلاف برتری نشان دادند. اجزای عملکرد سیاهدانه همچون تعداد شاخه جانبی، تعداد کپسول پر در بوته و تعداد دانه در کپسول در آرایشهای کاشت A3 ، A5 و A7 بعد از کشت خالص مقادیر بیشتری داشتند. در آرایشهای کاشت با افزایش نسبت ماش بر تعداد گونه، جمعیت، بیوماس و فراوانی هر یک از گونههای علف هرز کاسته شد در تیمار عدم کنترل علف هرز از تعداد شاخه جانبی، تعداد غلاف یا کپسول پر در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف یا کپسول و در نتیجه از عملکرد هر دو گیاه کاسته شد. عملکرد ماش و سیاهدانه با افزایش نسبت هر یک در کشت مخلوط افزایش یافت. نسبت برابری زمین در همه آرایشهای کاشت بیشتر از یک بود اما سطح A8 با مقدار 2/1 مزیت بیشتری را نسبت به کشت خالص نشان داد.
