تعیین درجه توسعه‌یافتگی شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان از نظر شاخص‌های بهداشتی-درمانی در دو مقطع زمانی 1387 و 1392

چکیده

نابرابری‌های منطقه‌ای در زمینه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی یکی از موانع مهم توسعه محسوب می‌شود. برای توسعه متوازن و کاهش نابرابری‌ها و تخصیص بهینه منابع در مناطق و یا شهرهای مختلف، شناخت وضعیت هر منطقه نسبت به مناطق دیگر، برای سیاست‌گذاران بسیار اهمیت دارد. هدف این مقاله مطالعه و بررسی وضعیت توسعه‌یافتگی شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان در زمینه شاخص‌های بهداشتی درمانی با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی عددی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از 36 شاخص بهداشتی درمانی به تعیین درجه توسعه‌یافتگی در سطح شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان در دو مقطع زمانی 1387 و 1392 به صورت مقایسه‌ای مبادرت گردیده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد؛ بر اساس متغیرهای مرتبط با شاخص بهداشتی درمانی در سال 1387، شهرستان‌های بهبهان و رامشیر به ترتیب با دارا بودن ضریب توسعه‌یافتگی 5885/0 و 0083/1، به عنوان برخوردارترین و محروم‌ترین شهرستان‌های استان و در سال 1392، بهبهان و بندر ماهشهر به ترتیب با دارا بودن ضریب توسعه‌یافتگی 7235/0 و 9742/0، به عنوان توسعه‌یافته‌ترین و محروم‌ترین شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان محسوب گردیده‌اند. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در فاصله سال‌های مذکور، نابرابری در بین شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان کاهش یافته است.
