مطالعه رابطه بین اعتیاد به کار و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی ( مورد مطالعه: پرستاران شهر تهران)

چکیده

نگرانی و دغدغه فکری کارکنان درباره زندگی کاری و اشتغال آنان در طی ساعات طولانی، زمینه های پیوند همیشگی آنان را با فضای کاری فراهم می آورد، به نحوی که تداوم این شرایط می تواند باعث ایجاد پیامدهای مثبت و منفی شود. پژوهش حاضر در پی تبیین شیفتگی عجیب پرستاران به کارشان در قالب اعتیاد به کار و تأثیر آن بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی آنان بوده و از حیث هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از جهت نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- پیمایشی به شمار می آید. روش تحلیل داده ها از نوع همبستگی و به طور مشخص مبتنی بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل پرستاران شهر تهران می باشد که در مطب، دانشکده و بیمارستان ها به طور همزمان فعالیت می کنند. یافته های مقاله بر اساس مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از آن است که بین اعتیاد به کار پرستاران با بروز رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در میان آنها رابطه علّی (تأثیر) معنی داری وجود دارد. هم چنین بین ابعاد اعتیاد به کار (عجین شدن با کار، تمایل درونی در کار و لذت از کار) و رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی، رابطه علّی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
