پتانسیل تجاری اتحادیه اکو: کاربردی از رگرسیون فضایی پویا با در نظرگرفتن اثرات سرریز فضایی

چکیده

موافقتنامه های منطقه ای از طریق تسهیل یکپارچگی اقتصادهای جهان، با گشودن مرزها، منجر به توسعه تجارت، سرعت بخشیدن به تحولات تکنولوژیکی و تداوم رشد اقتصادی می‌شوند، که در این راه وجود پتانسیل‌های تجاری بین کشورهای منطقه، نقش اساسی در دستیابی به اهداف از پیش تعیین شده توافقات چندجانبه دارد. براین اساس، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی پتانسیل تجاری در میان 10 کشور عضو سازمان همکاری اقتصادی (اکو) در دوره زمانی 2005 تا 2014 با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون فضایی پویا می‌باشد. با درنظرگرفتن ویژگی‌های فرهنگی، اقتصادی، جغرافیایی و جمعیتی کشورهای مورد مطالعه، نتایج حاصل از مدل دوربین فضایی (SDM) مؤید فرضیه موثربودن اثرات فضایی در مدل است. به عبارتی ارتباط فضایی مثبتی بین مشاهدات مربوط به پتانسیل تجاری کشورهای عضو اکو وجود دارد، که عدم لحاظ کردن آن در مدل، نتایج تورش‌داری به همراه خواهد داشت. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان دهنده اهمیت متغیرهای زبان مشترک، تولید ناخالص داخلی کشورهای مبدأ و مقصد، فاصله بین دو کشور و مجاورت بر جریان تجارت بین کشورهای عضو اکو است. همچنین در این مطالعه اثرات سرریز از طریق خودهمبستگی فضایی و اثرات غیرمستقیم متغیرهای توضیحی برآورد شده است، که نتایج تنها بیانگر معنادار بودن اثرات سرریز تجاری از طریق خودهمبستگی فضایی و معنادار نبودن اثرات سرریز بر اساس اثرات غیرمستقیم می‌باشد. براین اساس توجه به بُعد مسافت در انتخاب شرکای تجاری و عضویت کشورهای صنعتی و با تولید ناخالص داخلی بالاتر از میانگین از مهم ترین پیشنهادهای کاربردی مطالعه حاضر است.
