تبیین ارتباط هوش سازمانی و خلق دانش (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی)

چکیده

علی رغم شناسایی دانش به عنوان منبع مهم مزیت رقابتی، مطالعات کمی پیرامون این که چگونه سازمان ها در واکنش برابر تغییرات محیطی، دانش را به طور پویا خلق می کنند وجود دارد. با توجه به این که سازمان ها در قرن بیست و یکم بر توانایی های ذهنی خود برای به کارگیری استعدادها و خلق دانش متمرکز شده اند، هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط هوش سازمانی با خلق دانش است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان یک سازمان صنعتی به تعداد 800 نفر و نمونه آماری 140 نفر است که به روش تصادفی انتخاب گردیدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. داده های پژوهش پس از جمع آوری از طریق پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت و خلق دانش چوی و لی، به وسیله نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون رگرسیون تک متغیره و چند متغیره (گام به گام)، آزمون t برای نمونه های مستقل و آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد. یافته های به دست آمده از آزمون فرضیات، حاکی از ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بین هوش سازمانی و مولفه های آن (بینش راهبردی، سرنوشت مشترک، میل به تغییر، هم سویی و تجانس، روحیه، به کارگیری دانش و فشار عملکردی) با خلق دانش بود (05/0p
