گره زایی، تثبیت نیتروژن و خصوصیات رشدی گیاه نخود تحت تأثیر علفکش متریبیوزین

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثرات دزهای مختلف علفکش متریبیوزین (سنکور) بر گره زایی و خصوصیات رشدی گیاه نخود، آزمایشی در سال زراعی89-1388 درگلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد به صورت بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در 4 تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش عبارت بودند از: کاربرد پیش رویشی علف کش متریبیوزین در 6 دز (10، 25، 50، 75، 100 و 125 درصد دز توصیه شده) در خاک اتوکلاو شده و دو دز 25 و 50 درصد در خاک غیر اتوکلاو شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اثر علفکش بر وزن خشک ریشه و ساقه، نسبت ریشه به ساقه، ارتفاع و تعداد برگ نخود معنی دار شد. بیشترین مقدار وزن خشک ریشه و ساقه، ارتفاع و تعداد برگ در شاهد (بدون علفکش و تلقیح شده با باکتری) و کمترین مقدار در دزهای 100 و 125 درصد علفکش حاصل شد. بیشترین نسبت ریشه به ساقه در دزهای 100 و 125 دیده شد. روند تغییرات تعداد گره و وزن خشک گره در بوته معنی دار و با افزایش دز علفکش روند کاهشی داشت که این کاهش در وزن خشک گره بیشتر مشاهده شد. تغییرات درصد نیتروژن کل بوته معنی دار بود و با افزایش دز علفکش روند کاهشی داشت.
