تأثیر شبکۀ متداخل استراتژیک ایران بر دیپلماسی منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی

چکیده

تحول در نظام بین‌الملل و مرزبندی‌ها و اهمیت یافتن چگالی فرآیند ارتباطات درون آن و به عبارتی پیچیدگی سیستم جهانی، سبب ناکارآمدی نگرش‌های سنتی در دیپلماسی شده است. از این منظر، حوزۀ مطالعات دیپلماتیک نیاز به رهیافت نوینی دارد که برای این منظور «نظریۀ شبکه» می‌تواند مفید باشد. در همین راستا، این پرسش مطرح می‌شود که با توجه به مدل تحلیلی شبکه‌های متداخل، تأثیر شبکۀ متداخل جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر دیپلماسی منطقه‌ای آن چیست؟ نویسندگان مقاله حاضر بر این باورند که شبکۀ متداخل جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ویژگی‌های ساختی و درونی آن سبب تغییر وضعیت چانه‌زنی منطقه‌ای کشورمان شده و مدل منطقی و فیزیکی سیستم دیپلماتیک ایران را تحت تأثیر قرارمی‌دهد. همچنین، محیط شبکۀ متداخل فرصت‌ها و محدودیت‌هایی برای دستگاه دیپلماسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در دست‌یابی به منافع ملّی و تأمین اهداف سیاست خارجی پدید می‌آورد. از این منظر دیپلماسی شبکه‌ای هوشمند یکی از مهم‌ترین و متعارف‌‌ترین سیستم‌های دیپلماتیک در عرصۀ سیستم نوین بین‌الملل است.
