بررسی مرجع امنیت اقتصادی افراد از خلال قواعد فقه امامیه

چکیده

مرجع امنیت عبارتست از کانون اصلی امنیت و آن هسته و مبنایی که نیازمند صیانت است. این مرجع می‌تواند در ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و ... و نیز در سطوح فردی، عمومی، ملی و بین‌المللی مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد.
در این تحقیق، بعد اقتصادی و سطح فردی مرجع امنیت مورد بحث قرار گرفته و زمینه مطالعه بر قواعد فقهی‌ای بنا نهاده شده که فقها و اصولیین در طول قرنها مجاهدت، از خلال منابع و متون و گزاره‌های فقهی استخراج کرده‌اند.
بر این اساس پس از شناسایی مفهوم امنیت، سه دسته از قواعد فقهی در مورد مرجع امنیت اقتصادی افراد مورد شناسایی و مطالعه قرار گرفته و سپس قاعده کلیدی و مبنایی در این خصوص ارائه شده است.
