تأثیر عمق سازماندهی منو در وب‎سایت کتابخانه‎ها بر میزان پیش‎بینی‎پذیری و گم شدگی کاربران

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، آگاهی یافتن از دیدگاه کاربران نسبت به تأثیر عمق منو (لایه های منو) بر قابلیت پیش بینی پذیری و گم شدگی آن‌ها در دسترسی به اطلاعات در وب سایت‎های کتابخانه ای است.
روش: روش مورد نظر ترکیبی (مکاشفه ای و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته) است و جامعه پژوهشی را دو گروه، وب‌سایت کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه های ایران و دانشجویان غیر کتابداری ارشد و دکتری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تشکیل می دهد. برای انتخاب نمونه از گروه اول، وب سایت کتابخانه های مرکزی 10 دانشگاه برتر ایران بر اساس معیارهای رتبه بندی دانشگاه ها و برای انتخاب نمونه از گروه دوم، 30 دانشجوی ارشد و دکتری رشته غیر کتابداری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بر اساس اصل دسترس-پذیری انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز نیز با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته گردآوری شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد، عمق سازمان‌دهی زمانی بر کاهش پیش بینی پذیری و افزایش گم شدگی یا صرف زمان بیشتر برای پیدا کردن اقلام از منو تأثیرگذار است که افزون بر استفاده از لایه های زیاد، اقلام نیز به درستی دسته بندی نشده باشند و از برچسب های خود توصیف و قابل درک نیز برخوردار نباشند.
