تحلیل قدرت نرم چینی در آمریکای لاتین (2000-2013)

چکیده

 این پژوهش بر آن است تا اثرگذاری قدرت نرم در سیاست خارجی چین نسبت به آمریکای لاتین را تبیین نماید؛ بنابراین تلاش شده است با ارائۀ چارچوبی مفهومی فراسوی مفهوم‌سازی نای، اهداف چین از توسعۀ قدرت نرم و منابع و ابزارهای این قدرت در منطقه آمریکای لاتین شناسایی گردد. با بررسی منابع قدرت نرم چین در حوزۀ فرهنگ (فرهنگ سنتی چین، کنفوسیانیسم)، اقتصاد (الگوی توسعۀ چین و پیوندهای تجاری و اقتصادی گسترده) و سیاست (اصل برابری و سود متقابل)، این نتیجه حاصل شد که ارزش‌های سیاسی چین در هر سه حوزه، قابل ردیابی است. چین در رابطۀ نوظهور و درحال‌پیشرفت خود با کشورهای آمریکای لاتین، که مجذوب الگوی توسعه چین، فرصت‌های تجاری و سرمایه‌گذاری آن، امیدهای گسترده برای دسترسی به بازار روبه‌رشد این کشور، ایده‌های جدید رهبری چین برای توسعه روابط با این کشورها در چارچوب همکاری جنوب- جنوب و مانند آن هستند، از این فرصت برخوردار است تا قدرت نرم خود در این کشورها را توسعه دهد و از این بستر آماده، جهت اعمال نفوذ خود نهایت فایده را ببرد.
