سناریوهای پیشِ روی سوریه و امنیت ایران

چکیده

تغییر و تحولات متعدد در ساختار خاورمیانه از آغاز شکل‌گیری تاکنون باعث شده که برخی این منطقه را اساساً «منطقه‌ای ناتمام» تلقی کنند. وقوع خیزش‌های عربی از سال 2011 گرچه در بطن روندها و جریان‌های تاریخی پیشین ریشه دارد؛ اما دامنه و گسترۀ آن به حدی بوده است که می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان شروع یک «فرایند تاریخی» جدید، مشابه آنچه پس از جنگ‌جهانی‌اول رخ داد، یاد کرد. اثرات ناشی از این خیزش‌ها، در مسائل بسیار مهم و جدی همچون خشونت و افراط، به‌کارگیری تروریسم برای اهداف سیاسی، جنگ‌های نیابتی منطقه‌ای، رقابت‌های کلاسیک و نوین قدرت‌های بین‌المللی و تلاش برای شکل‌دادن به شرایط جدید سیاسی و استراتژیک توسط کشورهای مهم منطقه، قابل مشاهده است. از میان بحران‌های متعددی که از آغاز تحولات عربی در این منطقه شکل گرفته، بحران سوریه به‌عنوان هسته مرکزی و اهرم تعادلی مابین صف‌بندی‌های قدیم و جدید منطقه، مطمح نظر است. اهمیت حیاتی سوریه به عنوان متحد استراتژیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران سبب شده که آیندۀ این کشور در رأس موضوعات حائز اهمیت برای ایران قرار گیرد. از این‌رو هدف این مقاله درنظرگرفتن آینده‌های احتمالی بحران سوریه در قالب سناریوهای محتمل و ممکن و تبعات آن بر امنیت جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران است. لذا با به‌کارگیری مفاهیم رویکرد رئالیستی که به زعم نگارنده بهتر می‌تواند وضعیت خاورمیانه را به تصویر بکشد و با بهره‌گیری از روش سناریونویسی به دنبال تبیین مسئلۀ پژوهش می‌باشد.
