رقابت ژئوپلیتیک روسیه و آمریکا در اوکراین (2004-2017)

چکیده

مکیندر از صاحبنظران علم ژئوپلیتیک نوشته است که هر کس بر اروپای شرقی تسلط یابد بر هارتلند مسلط می‌شود و کسی که بر هارتلند مسلط شود بر جزیره دنیا مسلط شده است و کسی که به این مرحله برسد می تواند دنیا را کنترل نماید. اوکراین یکی از اجزای اصلی هارتلندی بود که او اظهار می‏داشت. اکنون بحران اوکراین به یکی محورهای رویارویی و رقابت ژئوپلیتیک بین روسیه و امریکا و ناتو تبدیل شده است. بحران اوکراین از جمله منازعات بین المللی است که دامنه آن به سرعت از قلمرو ملی خارج شده و به مسأله مهم در تعاملات بین المللی به خصوص بین قدرت های موثر آن تبدیل شده است تا جایی که به اعتقاد برخی از استراتژیست‏ها، بستری را برای احیای جلوه هایی از جنگ سرد فراهم کرده است. البته اگر چه به کار بردن اصطلاح جنگ سرد با مؤلفه های شناخته شده آن چندان واقع بینانه نیست، اما نتیجه این بحران بر مناسبات بین المللی و قواعد بازی آن تأثیر عمیق و تعیین کننده خواهد گذاشت. در پژوهش حاضر که ماهیتی توصیفی دارد، داده ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز به روش کتابخانه ای گرد آوری شده و ضمن پرداختن به جایگاه و اهمیت ژئوپلیتیک اوکراین برای روسیه و آمریکا، دو بازیگر مؤثر در این جریان و ترسیم وضعیت مورد انتظار، بیان شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می دهد که دلیل اصلی منازعه اوکراین، بعد مهم و کلیدی ژئوپلیتیک این کشور برای دو قدرت بزرگ روسیه و آمریکا می‏باشد. در انجام پژوهش حاضر از روش کیفی از نوع تبیینی و منابع الکترونیک و نوشتاری استفاده شده است.
