بررسی کارایی و تحلیل حساسیت مدیریت کتابخانه های نهادی در میان استان های کشور

چکیده

هدف: این تحقیق با هدف تحلیل کارایی نسبی و تحلیل حساسیت شاخص های کتابخانه های نهادی استان ها انجام گرفته است.
روش: روش تحقیق مورد استفاده کاربردی بوده است و 6 شاخص ورودی و 3 شاخص خروجی از مستندات و آمارهای کتابخانه ای استخراج شده است. جامعه آماری تمامی استان های کشور در سال 1387 تا 1390 بوده است. از مدل ریاضی تحلیل پوششی داده ها برای محاسبه کارایی استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان از حضور هرمزگان، خراسان جنوبی و قزوین در سه رتبه اول و استان های آذربایجان غربی، فارس و یزد در سه رتبه نهایی دارد. حساس ترین شاخص در کل شاخص ها، شاخص تعداد اعضا در خروجی ها بوده است و بالقوه ترین شاخص تعداد صندلی ها در ورودی ها می باشد. در تحلیل کیفیت رتبه ها و مقدار ارقام کارایی، استان های مازندران، خراسان شمالی و ایلام را می توان جزء باکیفیت‌ترین استان های کارا دانست؛ اما در میان استان های ناکارا استان های خراسان رضوی و اصفهان بهترین کیفیت ارقام کارایی را دارا بودند. در مجموع برای هر استان توجه به شاخص های حساس و برنامه ریزی برای کاهش حساسیت های بالا پیشنهاد می گردد
