چکیده

اتحادیه اروپا در مسیر تبدیل به یک بازیگر تأثیرگذار جهانی، با چالش‌های زیادی مواجه است. در این میان، یکی از چالش‌های جدید، مسئله برگزیت است. موضوع فوق می‌تواند روند همگرایی اتحادیه را با مشکل مواجه سازد. سؤال پژوهش این است که برگزیت چگونه بر رویکرد اتحادیه اروپا در قابل ایران تأثیر گذاشته است؟ فرضیه مقاله مطرح می‌کند، خروج بریتانیا از اتحادیه اروپا، منجر به افزایش نگرانی از گسترش ابهام در مورد آینده اتحادیه اروپا؛ گسترش تفکرات ملی‌گرایانه؛ آینده امنیت اروپا و توجه به بازارهای مصرف جایگزین برای کشورهای عضو اتحادیه می‌شود. در همین راستا، متأثر از چهار شاخص فوق به نظر می‌رسد اروپای پسا برگزیت تلاش می‌کند از طریق تأکید بر دیپلماسی چندجانبه و حضور پر رنگ در معادلات جهانی همچون موضوعات مرتبط با ایران کارآمدی خود را به نمایش بگذارد. در این مورد اروپا بر لزوم حفظ و تداوم برجام و مذاکره با ایران در مورد سطح نفوذ آن در خاورمیانه، سیاست متعهد سازی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را دنبال می‌کند. همچنین، در یافته‌های پژوهش به این نکته اشاره می‌شود که عواقب خروج بریتانیا از اروپا منجر به توجه بیشتر اروپا به آینده سیاسی خود شده است و در این میان نقش کشور ایران در چارچوب شاخص‌های فوق از سوی اروپا بیش‌ازپیش مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. موضوع بر اساس نظریه همگرایی به بحث گذاشته می‌شود. برای بررسی موضوع از روش پژوهش علی- تبیینی استفاده می‌شود.
