تاثیر آموزش مدیریت خشم و روش حل مسئله بر شیوه‌های تربیتی، کنترل خشم و اضطراب مربیان پیش-دبستانی

چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت خشم و حل مساله بر شیوه های تربیتی، کنترل خشم و سلامت روان مربیان پیش دبستانی می باشد. این مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون تک گروهی است. نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس و گروه نمونه شامل 42 نفر از مربیان زن پیش‌دبستانی شهر تهران بوده است. پس از اعلام آمادگی مربیان، یک جلسه توجیهی برگزار شد و سپس برنامه آموزشی در طی 21 جلسه 2 ساعتی به صورت هفتگی ارایه گردید. در طی هر کارگاه مجریان مجرب و آموزش‌دیده به آموزش معلمان و حل مشکلات احتمالی ایشان در انجام تمرین‌ها و در ارتباط با کودکان پرداختند. قبل از شروع و بعد از اتمام جلسات، معلمان پرسش‌نامه‌های مربوطه شامل مقیاس روش‌های تربیتی معلمان،‌ مقیاس ارزیابی خشم معلم،‌ سیاهه اضطراب حالت- صفت اسپیلبرگر را تکمیل کردند. نتایج مطالعه فوق نشان داد که میانگین خرده مقیاس‌های موقعیت‌های خشم انگیز و بیان خشم را کاهش و میانگین راهبردهای کنترل خشم مقیاس خشم معلمان را در مرحله پس آزمون افزایش داده است. به عبارت دیگر، بررسی نتایج آزمون نیز نشان داد بین مراحل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون کلیه میانگین خرده مقیاس‌های خشم معلم، تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل داده ها حاکی از آن بود که معلمان با شرکت در کارگاه‌های آموزشی فوق، علاوه بر ارتقای سطح مدیریت خشم، وضعیت روان شناختی بهتری را کسب کرده و سلامت روان شناختی بالاتری را نشان دادند.
