تأثیر معنا درمانی گروهی بر ارتقای سلامت روان پسران سال اول متوسطه مدارس شبانه‎روزی

چکیده

مشکلات و مسائل روانی بر کیفیت زندگی افراد تأثیر دارد ازاین‌رو شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر آن از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی اثربخشی معنا درمانی گروهی بر ارتقای سلامت روان دانش‎آموزان خوابگاهی صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش جامعه‎ی آماری، دانش‌آموزان پسر سال اول متوسطه که در مدارس شبانه‌روزی شهرستان دیواندره در سال تحصیلی 91-90 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، می‌باشد. تعداد اعضای نمونه 20 نفر بودند که به‌صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی و بر اساس نمرات آن ها در پرسش ‎نامه‎ی سلامت عمومی (GHQ28)، انتخاب شدند، سپس به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. این پرسش ‎نامه دارای روایی و پایایی مناسب است. روش تحقیق به‌صورت نیمه آزمایشی بود. از آزمون تحلیل چند متغیره برای آزمون تأیید یا رد فرضیه‎های پژوهش استفاده شد. این پژوهش دارای 5 فرضیه درزمینه‌ی تأثیر معنادرمانی‎گروهی در کاهش علائم جسمانی، اضطراب و بی‎خوابی، افسردگی و افزایش عملکرد اجتماعی و سلامت عمومی بود. در فرضیه‎های کاهش علائم جسمانی و اضطراب و افزایش عملکرد اجتماعی و سلامت عمومی فرض صفر رد شد، اما معنا درمانی‎ گروهی بر کاهش افسردگی تأثیر معناداری نداشت. در پایان می‎توان نتیجه گرفت معنادرمانی‎گروهی بر ارتقای سلامت روان دانش‎آموزان خوابگاهی مؤثر است.
