خط‌مشی‌های دسترسی آزاد در واسپارگاه‌های دیجیتال برتر دانشگاه‌های جهان

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت خط‌مشی‌های دسترسی آزاد در واسپارگاه‌های دیجیتال برتر دانشگاهی جهان از طریق شناسایی خط‌مشی‌های آنها در مؤلفه‌های ارائه، محتوا، داده، ابرداده، حفاظت و دسترسی بود.
روش: این پژوهش نوعی پیمایشی تحلیلی و توصیفی بود. داده‌ها به کمک پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته‌ای گردآوری شد که مدیران نه واسپارگاه دانشگاهی دارای بالاترین رتبه جهانی در سال 2013 تکمیل کرده بودند.
یافته‌ها: واسپارندگان 5/55 درصد واسپارگاه‌ها محققان دانشگاه بودند و در 5/55 درصد آنها واسپاری برای برخی منابع اجباری و برخی اختیاری بود. در 4/44 درصد آنها واسپاری متن کامل و چکیده اجباری بود. در 7/77 درصد آنها منابع واسپاری پایان‌نامه بود. در 7/77 درصد آنها امکان دسترسی به چکیده و متن کامل وجود داشت. 7/77 درصد آنها از ابرداده دابلین کور استفاده می‌کردند. 5/55 درصدشان امکان دسترسی به ابرداده برای اهداف غیرتجاری داشتند. تمام آنها از قالب فایل متنی word و pdf پشتیبانی می‌کردند و 4/44 درصدشان دوره حفاظت تعریف‌نشده داشتند. 6/66 درصد آنها راهبرد حفاظت را تهیه نسخه پشتیبان و نگهداری آن در جای امن تعریف کرده بودند. 6/66 درصد آنها شناسگر شی‌ء دیجیتال handle را به‌کار برده بودند. 5/55 درصد آنها نسخه روزآمد اثر واسپاری را برای کنترل و اصلاح آثار اساس قرار می‌دادند. در 6/66 درصد آنها خط‌مشی بسته شدن واسپارگاه تعریف نشده بود و در 5/55 درصد آنها کاربران عموم مردم بودند.
