بررسی اثر بخشی روان نمایشگری(سایکودراما) بر کاهش میزان افسردگی زنان نابارور

چکیده

هدف: تعیین اثربخشی روان نمایشگری(سایکودراما) بر کاهش میزان افسردگی زنان نابارور صورت گرفت.
روش: روش مطالعه، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه گواه و جامعه آماری پژوهش، زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به ضریب اعتبار این آزمون را با استفاده از شیوه های باز آزمایی، آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب دو نیمه کردن به ترتیب ، با سابقه حداقل دو سال ناباروری بود. از میان آن ها 30 نفر به صورت داوطلب انتخاب و به شکل تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. هر دو گروه در مراحل پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه به نسخه دوم پرسشنامه افسردگی بک پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها علاوه بر شاخص های آمار توصیفی از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان افسردگی اعضای گروه آزمایش که در معرض روان نمایشگری قرار گرفته بودند در مقایسه با گروه گواه به میزان معناداری (001/0 (P < کاهش یافت. این نتایج پس از یک دوره ی پیگیری سه ماهه تأیید شد. از روان نمایشگری می توان به عنوان یک روش مداخله ای مؤثر در کاهش سطح افسردگی و تعدیل سایر اختلالات روانی در جمعیت های مشابه استفاده کرد. با توجه به درمان های سخت و طولانی ناباروری و احتمال بروز مشکلات روانشناختی، حضور روان شناسان بالینی در مراکز تشخیص و درمان ناباروری ضروری به نظر می رسد.
