چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی شناختی- انسانگرایانه بر بهبود مهارتهای ارتباطی و حل مساله زنان متاهل
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، تمامی زنان متاهل مراجعه کننده به یکی از مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد بودند که به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس تعداد 22 نفر از آنها انتخاب شد و سپس بر اساس تخصیص تصادفی افراد به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل،(هر گروه 11 نفر) گمارده شدند. آزمودنیها به پرسشنامه حل مساله خانواده و کارکردهای روان شناختی خانواده ایرانی، مقیاس ارتباط پاسخ دادند. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره(ANCOVA) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره نشان دادکه آموزش گروه درمانی شناختی- انسانگرایانه بر افزایش مهارتهای ارتباطی افراد گروه آزمایش تاثیر معناداری داشت(001/0>P). همچنین آموزش گروه درمانی شناختی- انسانگرایانه بر افزایش حل مساله افراد گروه آزمایش نیز تاثیر معناداری داشت(001/0>P).
