Abstract

هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف تملک و تثبیت عرصه‌های ملی و دولتی احقاق و استیفای حقوق شرعی و قانونی دولت و مردم، حفظ و توسعه منابع طبیعی تجدیدشونده و از طرف دیگر توسعه فعالیت‌های کشاورزی و تولیدی است. هدف غایی قانون‌گذار نیز، حرکت به سمت خودکفایی کشاورزی، محرومیت‌زدایی و توسعه همه‌جانبه روستا بوده است؛ بنابراین هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر واگذاری اراضی منابع ملی و دولتی بر توسعه پایدار روستایی در دهستان های براآن شمالی و جنوبی از بخش مرکزی شهرستان اصفهان است. روش: این پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی – تحلیلی و مبتنی بر پیمایش است. داده های مورد نیاز نیز از دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی گردآوری شده است. جامعه ی آماری، شامل 5 روستا از دهستان براآن شمالی و 5 روستا از براآن جنوبی و 30 کارشناس است. بر اساس فرمول کوکران 260 کشاورز و 23 کارشناس به‌عنوان نمونه تعیین و مورد پرسشگری قرارگرفته است. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از کاربرد آزمون تی. تک نمونه‌ای نشان داد: تأثیر واگذاری اراضی ملی و دولتی بر ابعاد توسعه پایدار روستایی پایین تر از حد متوسط بوده و نشان از ضعف در نتیجه‌بخشی آن‌ها است. بااین‌وجود بین ابعاد مختلف توسعه پایدار روستایی تفاوت وجود دارد. محدودیت‌ها: عدم دسترسی به کشاورزان و بهره برداران و تکمیل پرسشنامه از آنها، از مهمترین محدودیت های پژوهش بوده است. اصالت و ارزش: با توجه به اهمیت منطقة مورد مطالعه در تولید و کشاورزی، نتایج این پژوهش می تواند گامی اساسی در خصوص استفاده از توانمندی منطقه و تعیین راهبردها در راستای توسعه پایدار روستایی باشد.
