استخراج انتخابی مس از نیکل با D2EHPA در حضور افزودنیهای اسید تارتاریک و استات سدیم

چکیده

در این تحقیق استخراج انتخابی مس از نیکل در حضور افزودنی‌هایی مانند اسید تارتاریک و استات سدیم با D2EHPA مطالعه شد. برای بررسی رفتار کربوکسیلات‌ها بر جدایش مس از نیکل پارامترهای pH، غلظت کربوکسیلات­ها و زمان بررسی شد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده. ، با افزودن 04/0 گرم بر لیتر استات سدیم و 03/0 گرم بر لیتر اسید تارتاریک در زمان 10 دقیقه و در 12/5 pH=، 90% مس و 20% نیکل استخراج می‌شود. فاکتور جدایش در این حالت به بیشترین مقدار یعنی 75/25 رسید. بنابراین، اختلاط اسید تارتاریک و استات سدیم، موجب استخراج انتخابی مس گردید.
