چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی اختلال­های جنسی و مشکلات زناشویی بر پویایی­های رابطه جنسی و جاذبه جنسی زنان مراجعه­کننده به دادگاه خانواده بود.
روش: در یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون و گروه کنترل، تعداد 30 نفر از زنان مراجعه کننده به دادگاه خانواده شهر مشهد به شیوه نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمون در 8 جلسه 45 دقیقه­ای درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی اختلال­های جنسی و مشکلات زناشویی را دریافت کردند، در حالی­که گروه کنترل در معرض چنین مداخله­ای قرار نگرفتند. شرکت­کنندگان پرسشنامه­ خودافشایی رابطه و آگاهی جنسی را تکمیل کردند. داده­های پژوهش به کمک نرم­افزار آماری اس­پی­اس­اس و با استفاده از شاخص­های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: یافته­های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی اختلال­های جنسی و مشکلات زناشویی سبب بهبود جاذبه جنسی و پویایی جنسی زنان گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل می­شود. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می­توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی اختلال­های جنسی و مشکلات زناشویی بر پویایی­های رابطه جنسی و جاذبه جنسی زنان مراجعه­کننده به دادگاه خانواده موثر است. همچنین، درمانگران می­توانند از این روش درمانی جهت بهبود پویایی­های رابطه جنسی و جاذبه جنسی زنان استفاده کنند.
