ارزیابی نظام‌های بهره‌برداری در راستای پایداری فعالیت‌های زراعی استان مازندران

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی و کاربردی است که در سال 1393 در استان مازندران انجام شده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی و شناسایی مناسب‌ترین نظام بهره‌برداری جهت پایداری فعالیت‌های زراعی در استان مازندران می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در برگیرنده کلیه متخصصانی است که در زمینه ابعاد پایداری و نظام های بهره‌برداری دارای اطلاعات کافی و تسط و درک عمیقی از موضوع مورد مطالعه هستند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی یا هدفمند و روش گلوله برفی، تعداد 15 نفر شناسایی و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. برای تعیین روایی ظاهری و محتوایی از نظرات اساتید و متخصصان فن و برای سنجش پایایی از نرخ ناسازگاری استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس 2000 بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بر اساس چهار معیار پایداری از جمله اکولوژیکی و سیاستی (به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین معیارهای پایداری فعالیت‌های زراعی طبق تحقیق)، نظام بهره‌برداری تجاری در اولویت است. علاوه بر این، نتایج نهایی نشان داد که با تلفیق وزن‌های نسبی معیارها، زیرمعیارها و گزیدارها، مناسب‌ترین نظام بهره‌برداری در راستای بهبود پایداری فعالیت‌های زراعی در منطقه، نظام بهره‌برداری تجاری می‌باشد. همچنین، نظام بهره‌برداری تعاونی با اختلاف کمی نسبت به نظام بهره‌برداری تجاری و با اختلاف نسبتاً زیادی با نظام بهره‌برداری دهقانی در اولویت دوم قرار دارد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع پایداری به لحاظ توسعه فعالیت‌های زراعی در منطقه مذکور پیشنهاد می‌گردد، مسئولین مربوطه با مد نظر قرار دادن نتایج حاصله، برنامه‌ریزی و اقدامات لازم جهت فراهم نمودن سازوکارهای مناسب جهت متشکل نمودن فعالیت‌های زراعی در غالب نظام های بهره‌برداری تجاری و تعاونی را فراهم نمایند.
