بررسی خصوصیات مورفوفنولوژیک، شاخص‌های رشد و عملکرد ژنوتیپ‌های اُمیدبخش متحمل به خشکی نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) در شرایط آبیاری تکمیلی در نیشابور

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی خصوصیات مورفوفنولوژیک، فیزیولوژیک و عملکردی ژنوتیپ‌های اُمیدبخش متحمل به خشکی نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) در شرایط آبیاری تکمیلی، آزمایشی در نیشابور در سال زراعی1390-1389 اجرا شد. در این آزمایش، پنج ژنوتیپ اُمیدبخش حاصل آزمایشات گذشته (MCC80، MCC352، MCC392، MCC537 و MCC696) و دو ژنوتیپ تجاری به‌عنوان شاهد (ILC482 و کرج31-60-12) در شرایط آبیاری تکمیلی (آبیاری در زمان کاشت و نیز مرحلة گلدهی) در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتایج، تنوع قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای میان ژنوتیپ‌ها از نظر تعداد روز از کاشت تا سبزشدن، گلدهی و غلاف‌دهی، ارتفاع بوته و تعداد شاخه در بوته، شاخص ‌سطح ‌برگ، سرعت ‌رشد محصول و سرعت ‌رشد نسبی، اجزای عملکرد دانه و عملکرد دانه وجود داشت؛ به‌طوری که تفاوت‌های معنی‌داری برای این صفات در میان ژنوتیپ‌ها مشاهده شد. ژنوتیپ MCC80 با 970کیلوگرم در هکتار از بیشترین عملکرد دانه برخوردار بود که بیش از دو برابر عملکرد دانه در شرایط دیم و حدود 75درصد عملکرد دانه نسبت به شرایط آبی در منطقه می‌باشد. این ژنوتیپ، کمترین تعداد روز تا گلدهی و غلاف‌دهی و بیشترین تعداد غلاف در بوته را نیز دارا بود؛ اما عملکرد دانة ژنوتیپ‌های شاهد کرج12-60-31 (324کیلوگرم در هکتار) و ILC482 (320کیلوگرم در هکتار)، از متوسط عملکرد دانة نخود در شرایط دیم منطقه نیز کمتر بود. بنابراین می‌توان ضمن تکرار چنین آزمایشاتی، گزینة کشت ژنوتیپ‌هایی ازجمله MCC392، MCC352 و به‌ویژه MCC80 را همراه با آبیاری تکمیلی در زمان کاشت و هنگام گلدهی در این منطقه، به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های امیدبخش متحمل به خشکی درنظرگرفت.
