تأثیر انواع و مقادیرکودهای آلی بر مدیریت علف هرز انگل گل جالیز (Perss. Orobanche aegyptiaca) در گوجه فرنگی (Mill. Lycopersicon esculentum)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی تأثیر انواع و مقادیر کودهای آلی مختلف بر کنترل علف هرز انگل گل جالیز (Perss. Orobanche aegyptiaca) در گوجه فرنگی (Mill. Lycopersicon esculentum)، دو آزمایش بر پایه طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار درگلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد و مزرعه نمونه آستان قدس رضوی در طی سال های 1388 و 1389 به اجرا درآمد. تیمارهای آزمایش گلخانه ای عبارت بودند از: کاربرد کود مرغی، کود گوسفندی ،کود گاوی و بقایای محیط کشت قارچ هر کدام به میزان 10 ، 20 ،30 و 40 تن در هکتار. تیمارهای آزمایش مزرعه ای شامل کاربرد کود مرغی، کود گوسفندی وکود گاوی هر کدام به میزان 20 و 40 تن در هکتار بود. در آزمایش گلخانه ای، گلدان ها به طور مصنوعی به گل جالیز آلوده شدند، اما آزمایش مزرعه ای در زمینی که به صورت طبیعی آلودگی بالایی به گل جالیز داشت، انجام شد. یافته های این تحقیق نشان داد که اثر کاربرد انواع کودهای دامی در تمام صفات مورد اندازه گیری در میزبان و گل جالیز معنی دار بود (01/0 p≤). در آزمایش گلخانه ای بیشترین وزن تر و خشک گوجه فرنگی همراه با کمترین آلودگی به گل جالیز از تیمار کود مرغی بدست آمد، اما در آزمایش مزرعه ای بیشترین عملکرد (68 تن در هکتار) و کمترین میزان آلودگی به گل جالیز مربوط به تیمار کود گوسفندی بود. عملکرد اقتصادی کود مرغی در شرایط مزرعه ای در حدود 38 تن در هکتار بود. بین سطوح مختلف کاربرد کود (20 و 40 تن در هکتار) از نظر تولید زیست توده گل جالیز تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت. به نظر می رسد که تأثیر کودهای دامی در کاهش آلودگی به گل جالیز می تواند به علت تغییراتی باشد که طی فرایند تجزیه کود در خاک اتفاق می افتد که از آن جمله می توان به بالا رفتن دما و تولید مواد سمی گیاهی اشاره کرد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد کودهای دامی علاوه بر کنترل نسبی علف هرز گل جالیز قادر است شرایط مناسبی از مواد غذایی و حاصلخیزی خاک را در مزرعه برای رشد گیاه زراعی فراهم کند.
