بررسی تأثیر صادرات محصولات خام بخش کشاورزی روی کیفیت محیط ‌زیست

چکیده

در ادبیات اقتصادی اثرات آزادسازی تجاری روی محیط زیست از طریق روش‌های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. اگر چه اثرات تجارت روی محیط‌زیست و آلودگی به صورت نظری و تجربی در مطالعات مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است؛ اما اثرات هر کدام از اجزای تجارت خارجی یعنی صادرات و واردات روی محیط زیست چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. در این مطالعه اثرات حاصل از صادرات محصولات خام بخش کشاورزی روی تخریب محیط زیست با استفاده از داده‌های تابلویی طی دوره 2013 -1998 بررسی شده است. به دلیل وجود متغیر درونزای صادرات محصولات کشاورزی، از روش متغیرهای ابزاری با اثرات ثابت و تصادفی EC2SLS و G2SLS برای برآورد هر کدام از رگرسیون‌ها استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از برآوردها نشان می‌دهد که صادرات محصولات اولیه (خام) بخش کشاورزی در کشورهای در حال توسعه باعث افزایش انتشار گاز اکسید نیتروژن و گاز متان به هوا شده است. همچنین ضرایب متغیر صادرات محصولات اولیه بخش کشاورزی و اجزای آن شامل صادرات بقولات، آشامیدنی‌ها و تنباکو و روغن‌های گیاهی و حیوانی برای کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد بی‌معنی بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که کشورهای در حال توسعه باید از صادرات محصولات خام و کالاهای اولیه کشاورزی که تولید آن‌ها فشار مضاعف بر محیط زیست وارد می نماید اجتناب نمایند.
