چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، فهم تطور مفهومی مدیریت آموزشی از مجرای کنکاش در مقاله های این حوزه  بوده­است. برای دستیابی به هدف مذکور از روش تحلیل استنادی[1]  بهره گرفته شده­است.  در این راستا، تعداد 9385 مدرک نمایه­شده در «وب او ساینس» طی سال‌های 2015-1900 میلادی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار «هیست سایت» مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.  یافته های به دست آمده حاکی از شناسایی چهار اقلیم دانش با عنوان های «رهبری آموزشی و عملکرد مدرسه»، «سنتزپژوهی مطالعات اثربخشی مدارس»، «رهبری توزیعی» و «مفاهیم مرتبط با سازمان آموزشی» می‌باشد. در پایان، ضمن بحث در مورد علل شکل گیری اقلیم های مذکور، پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود وضعیت مدیریت آموزشی در داخل کشور ارائه شده است.
