تعلیم‌وتربیت و کارآفرین رقابتی: تأملی بر تحول مفهوم «انسان اقتصادی» از مکتب تربیتی لیبرالیسم کلاسیک تا نولیبرالیسم

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تحول در مفهوم «انسان اقتصادی» از مکتب تربیتی لیبرالیسم کلاسیک تا نولیبرالیسم است. برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش تحلیل مفهومی (ارزیابی ساختار مفهوم) بهره گرفته شد. بررسی مفهوم انسان اقتصادی از لیبرالیسم تا نولیبرالیسم نشان داد گرچه لیبرال­های کلاسیک مانند آدام اسمیت و جان استوارت میل، ایده انسان اقتصادی را طرح کردند، اما در مکتب اقتصادی نئوکلاسیک و به دنبال آن نولیبرالیسم، شاهد ظهور مفهومی نوین از انسان اقتصادی هستیم. این انسان خودمحور، رقابتی، محاسبه­گر و بیشینه­ساز سود است و به‌عنوان «کارآفرین رقابتی» در پی ارزش­آفرینی اقتصادی هر چه بیشتر است. درحالی‌که متفکران نولیبرالیسم مانند گری بکر و جیمز بوکانن مدافع این تلقی از انسان اقتصادی هستند، فردریک هایک تلقی متفاوت انسان­شناختی (انسان قانونی) را مطرح می­کند که می­تواند جایگزین انسان اقتصادی شود. او بر پایه تکامل فرهنگی و «نظم خودانگیخته»، بر غیریقینی بودن، فضای نابرابر، رقابت مبهم و نقش سنت به‌عنوان هماهنگ­ساز مؤثر فعالیت­ها تأکید دارد و انسان به‌عنوان عامل عقلانی را در نظریه انسان اقتصادی نئوکلاسیک را مورد ‌نقد قرار می‌دهد. امروزه نولیبرالیسم به‌عنوان «ذهنیت حکومتی» مبتنی بر مبانی انسان‌شناختی خاص (ترکیب برخی عقاید هایک با انسان اقتصادی) در نهادهای تربیتی روی به سیاست­های ایجابی و کنترل­گر نهاده است.
