ارزیابی شاخص‌های تنوع زیستی زراعی سه گونه جالیزی استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده

اصولا حفظ تنوع زیستی کشاورزی پیش شرط نیل به کشت بوم‌های پایدار است. درگذشته تنوع زیادی از گونه‌ها، ژنوتیپ‌هاو واریته‌ها در نظام‌های زراعی به کار برده می‌شد و این موضوع عامل ثبات و پایداری بوم نظام‌ها زراعی بوده است. درحال حاضر، ارقام زراعی تجاری معدودی بخش عمده تولید هر محصول را به خود اختصاص داده و این موضوع ثبات و پایداری بوم نظام‌ها را دستخوش تغییر کرده است. در این مطالعه شاخص‌های تنوع زیستی زراعی سه گونه خربزه (Cucumis melo L. var. Inodorus)، هندوانه (Citrullus vulgaris L.)، طالبی (Cucumis melo L. var. Cantaloupensis) در سطح ژنوتیپ و رقم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده‌های آماری واطلاعات مورد نیاز از سالنامه بخش کشاورزی اداره آمار و فناوری سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی (سال زراعی90-1389) و همچنین از طریق پرسشنامه‌های که برای هر یک از مدیریت‌های جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان‌ها تدوین شده بود، جمع‌آوری شد. در ادامه این پژوهش شاخص‌های تنوع مکانی مکانی سیمپسون4، شانون5، یکنواختی و شاخص تشابه سورنسون6 ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که دو شهرستان تربت جام و تایباد به‌ترتیب با داشتن 42 و 20 درصد از سطح کاشت خربزه استان خراسان رضوی دارای شاخص شانون برابر با 06/0 و 22/0 بودند. کمترین شاخص یکنواختی با مقادیر 01/0 و 02/0 به‌ترتیب در این دو شهرستان مشاهده شد که این موضوع مؤید گستردگی تک‌کشتی و تنوع کم واریته‌ای در نظام‌های تولید جالیز آن‌ها می‌باشد. از طرفی این نتایج حاکی ازکم بودن شاخص‌های تنوع واریته‌ای برای دوگونه هندوانه و طالبی در سطح استان خراسان رضوی بود.
