اثر اسانس های گیاهی آویشن و مرزه بر کیفیت و عمر گل جایی گل بریده نرگس رقم ’شهلا‘ (Narcissus tazetta L. cv. Shahla)

چکیده

این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر اسانس های گیاهی آویشن و مرزه بر کیفیت و عمر گل جایی گل بریده نرگس، در قالب طرح کاملأ تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل: شاهد (آب مقطر)، اسانس مرزه در دو سطح 50 و 100 پی پی ام و اسانس آویشن در دو سطح 100 و 200 پی پی ام بود. دمای آزمایشگاه 2±20 درجه سانتی گراد و رطوبت نسبی آن 5±70 درصد بود. صفات مورد ارزیابی شامل: وزن تر گل، میزان جذب محلول نگهدارنده، پژمردگی گل، میزان فعالیت آنزیم آسکوربات پراکسیداز و عمر گل جایی می باشند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار SASو مقایسه میانگین ها توسط آزمون LSD در سطح احتمال 5 درصد انجام شد. نمودارها و جدول ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Excel ترسیم گردید. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که تیمار 50 پی پی ام مرزه سبب بهبود جذب محلول و عمر گل جایی گل ها و کاهش فعالیت آنزیم آسکوربات پراکسیداز شد. در مقابل، تیمار 200 پی پی ام آویشن با صدمه به ساقه گل سبب کاهش کیفیت و عمر گل جایی شد. نتیجه گیری کلی این که تیمار اسانس مرزه در غلظت 50 پی پی ام نسبت به اسانس آویشن عمر گل جایی گل های نرگس را بیشتر افزایش داد و به نظر می رسد برای استفاده های تجاری مناسب تر می باشد.
